Bison Federal Group brings private-sector marketing and modern AI engineering to public-sector clients. We are a small team, and the people who scope a project are the people who build and run it.

Our marketing practice covers digital campaigns, recruitment, brand, creative, out-of-home, and analytics. Michael Rarick

Michael brings over a decade of marketing, advertising, and analytics leadership across agency, startup, and enterprise environments, with hands-on experience managing $100M+ in career ad spend across Google, Meta, Amazon, CTV, and programmatic channels. His background spans B2B SaaS, fintech, eCommerce, telehealth, and public-sector work including the Ohio Department of Education.
He founded and scaled a full-service digital agency before moving into executive roles leading paid media and AI strategy at an AI-powered telehealth platform and a full-service eCommerce agency. He designs and builds the AI systems Bison Federal Group runs on, and leads the firm's AI development practice.
Michael is a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program in Artificial Intelligence at Guglielmo Marconi University. He holds an MBA with a Data Analytics concentration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University in Dayton.
Why the bison
Plains bison are known for walking into an oncoming storm instead of drifting ahead of it, which gets them through the weather sooner. We took the name because it describes how we want to work.
