Michael Rarick

President & CEO

Michael brings over a decade of marketing and advertising leadership across agency, startup, and enterprise environments, with hands-on experience managing $100M+ in career ad spend across Google, Meta, Amazon, CTV, and programmatic channels. His background spans B2B SaaS, fintech, eCommerce, telehealth, web3, and public-sector work including the Ohio Department of Education.

He founded and scaled a full-service digital agency before moving into executive roles leading paid media and AI strategy at an AI-powered telehealth platform and a full-service eCommerce agency. Michael holds an MBA with a Data Analytics concentration from Louisiana State University and a BS in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University in Dayton.
